1. Information We Collect
We collect:
- Personal Information: Name, email address (via forms).
- Video Uploads: User-submitted warehouse footage or clips.
- Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, device information.
- No Identity Tracking: We do not capture, store, analyze, or attempt to identify individuals from any footage (including biometric or facial recognition data).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Evaluate uploaded videos using AI models and return summary results.
- Improve AI system performance and accuracy.
- Communicate with you regarding your submission.
- Ensure compliance with safety and usage guidelines.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share your information only with trusted vendors who operate under strict confidentiality obligations (e.g., cloud storage, analytics providers) for the sole purpose of operating and improving our service.
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use it. It applies to this website only. It is separate from, and not connected to, the analysis of camera footage described elsewhere in this policy.
What it collects:
- The pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search result or a link), and when.
- Your approximate location (country, region and city), which Google works out from your internet connection, and technical details such as browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language. Google receives your IP address as part of every request your browser makes to it.
- Three actions on this website, each recorded with the page it happened on: a contact form submission that went through, a contact form submission that failed (with a general reason such as "network" or "server"), and a click on a button that books a call with us.
What it does not collect: the contents of the contact form. Your name, email address and message are sent to us, not to Google Analytics.
Cookies: Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. They hold a randomly generated ID that lets Google Analytics recognise a returning browser and keep track of a visit.
Your choices: you can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. How Google handles data from sites that use its services is described in Google's own explanation.
Retention: data about individual visits is kept in our Google Analytics account for 14 months.
4. Data Retention
Uploaded footage and personal data may be retained for up to 60 days, unless longer retention is required for testing, debugging, or user support. You may request deletion at any time by emailing: admin@clearboundsafety.com
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access your data.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
6. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
